Refund & Cancellation Policy
Registration Fees
Registration fees are generally non-refundable because administrative and operational costs begin once an application is processed.
However, ICA may provide a refund in the following situations:
Duplicate payment.
Payment collected due to a verified technical error.
Cancellation of the event by ICA where ICA decides a refund is appropriate.
Other situations where ICA expressly approves a refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
No refund will normally be available if:
A participant chooses not to attend.
A participant is disqualified for violating rules.
Incorrect information was provided during registration.
The participant fails to meet eligibility requirements.
Payment Policy

ICA is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, payment gateways, or technical issues beyond ICA's control.
