Welcome to INTERNATIONAL CRICKET ALLIANCE  (ICA). By registering for any ICA event, trial, tournament, program, or by using our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.


1. Eligibility

- Participants must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

- Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of registration without refund.

- Participants under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian where required.


2. Registration & Participation

- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

- ICA reserves the right to accept or reject any registration in accordance with its policies.

- Participation in any trial or tournament does not guarantee selection for any team, academy, contract, or future opportunity.


3. Registration Fee & Refund Policy

- All registration fees and event fees are non-refundable.

- Once payment has been successfully made for any ICA event, trial, tournament, or program, no refund will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to absence, withdrawal, disqualification, scheduling conflicts, travel issues, or change of personal plans.

- If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or relocated, registrations may remain valid for the revised event unless otherwise announced by GCA.

- Any refund required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with those legal requirements.


4. Code of Conduct

- Participants are expected to maintain discipline, respect officials, fellow participants, coaches, and spectators.

- Misconduct, abusive behaviour, violence, cheating, or any activity that harms the reputation of ICA may result in immediate removal without refund.


5. Media Consent

- Participants grant ICA permission to photograph, record, and use images, videos, interviews, or match footage for promotional, educational, and media purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by applicable law.


6. Health & Safety

- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate.

- ICA is not responsible for injuries, illnesses, accidents, or losses arising during participation, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.


7. Intellectual Property

- All ICA logos, branding, website content, graphics, videos, and materials remain the intellectual property of ICA unless otherwise stated.

- Unauthorized copying or commercial use is prohibited.


8. Website Usage

- Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malware, or interfere with website operations.


9. Changes to Events

- ICA reserves the right to modify schedules, venues, formats, rules, or event details whenever reasonably necessary.


10. Changes to Terms

- ICA may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in GCA activities constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
